Our co-founders Björn and Nathalie have together over 30 years of experience in all the different aspects of Quality Assurance and leading a consultancy agency. Throughout their careers they have strongly valued collaboration and growing together with the customer.

With the knowledge that a happy consultant means a happy customer, EVERTEST was born in 2018.

Our aim is to guide and coach our internal organization and all of our projects as a Sherpa, a Himalayan guide known for his excellent mountaineering. Coaching people to climb a mountain from basecamp to basecamp, providing enough understanding so that the last mile can be climbed independently to enlarge the feeling of celebration. Knowing that they will always be present in the last basecamp if any support is needed.

Throughout his career, Björn always has a strong focus on knowledge sharing and is an advocate for agile methodologies.

With a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to continuous learning, Björn is dedicated to help organizations navigate complex challenges, to achieve their success and to be a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike.
